Yesterday, CHEST and TRICEPS
1. Flat DB press: 15/12 x2, 20/8, 20/6, 25/6 x2
2. Mid BB press: 40/10, 40/8 x3
3. Incline fly: 10/10 x3
4. Tri bar pd 40/10, 40/8 x2
5. Dips: 10, 10, 10
