SHOUDLERS and BICEPS yesterday, 50 min. low-intensity bike (bored at work)
Still some impingement but better than last time. I feel it in the biceps more than the shoulders...
Lateral raise: 8/12 x2, 10/8, 10/6 x3
Push press: 15/10, 15/8 x3
Front raise: 10-8/10 x4
Incline DB curl: 12/12, 12/10, 15/8, 12/8
Cable curl: 30/10, 30/8 x2
