2. Dead lifts w. BB: 40/10, 50/8 x3
3. Seated iso lat row: 15/12, 20/12 x2 (weight per side)
4. BB upright row: 20/12, 20/10, 20/8, 30/6
5. front raise DB: 8/10, 10-8/10 x3
